السلام عليكم ورحة الله وبركاته

اود ان اطرح مشكلتي هنا في المنتدى

انني اعاني من مشاكل كثيرة جدا لا اعرف كيف احلها

فمرات وانا في البيت اصرخ على امي لاتفه الاسباب وانفعل لأي مشكلة صغيرة وافتعل منها مشاكل اخرى
وبنفس الوقت لا اريد ان افتعلها ولكن غضبي او انفعالاتي تفوق هدوئي في البيت
كل ما اعانيه من مضايقات من البيت سواء ازعاج انفعل ولا ادري احيانا كيف اتصرف بالشكل الصحيح او السليم
امي تقول عني انني اعاني من وساوس يجب التغلب عليها
وانا لا ادري ماهي مشكلتي وأأخذ حبوب مهدئة للاعصاب ولكنها لا تتفاعل معي بالشكل الذي أريده
وكل يوم تحدث معي مشكلة معينة السبب فيها هو انا

اصلي منذ سنين ولا اتوقف عن الصلاة الا قليلا
وانطردت من البيت مرات عديدة بسبب انفعالاتي وغضبي على اهلي وتهجمي عليهم
وحتى عندما يحاولوا تهدئتي لا اكون في وعي مناسب للهدوء ولا اتعلم من اخطائي الا عندما ارتكب مصيبة معينة ولا سمح الله بذلك

انني وكل يوم افكر بالنجاح والتفاؤل ولكن رغبة القدر ولا ادري ان كان منها العين او الحسد في الموضوع فإنني
ذهبت ايضا عند معالج روحاني او شيخ للعلاج بالقران واعطاني ادعية ونصحني بالدوام على الصلوات
وحين انوي الصلاة اتعب واتكاسل عن الصلاة لانني تعبت منها بشكل عام وليس لدي اقبالا على الصلاة ولا ادري لماذا ولكنها تحسن من حالي قليلا

كنت اصلي كثيرا في الماضي وارتاح ولكنني الان استثقل الصلاة رغما انني احب الصلاة

قال لي الشيخ ان قريني قوي جدا وانا انسان ذكي جدا واجتماعي ولكن يوجد شيئ يخرب علاقاتي مع الناس ومع اهلي
ويوجد دائما شيئ يجعلني افشل في حياتي الاسرية ولكن ليس الاجتماعية
في هذه الاوقات يوجد الكثير من الموت والقتل والسرقة والاغتصاب اسمعها في قنوات التلفاز الاخبارية
فهل هذا له علاقة في حالي انني انا يجب ان اكون من هؤلاء الناس وانني يجب ان يكون لدي مشاكل مثل هذه لموازاة المعانة في العالم او كي اصبح رجلا محنكا يجرب الحياة بشتى انواعها

فعندما احاول ان ارتاح وانسى الهموم و سبحان الله الهموم تأتيني راكضة وتقول لي تعال وانضم الى المعاناة التي يعاني منها الناس المقهورين وانا لست اريد ان اكون لدي معانة سواء مع الناس او مع اهلي او مع نفسي
ولكن سبحان الله تأتي الرياح بما لا تشتهي الانفس
ولا ادري كيف تاتي والعياذ بالله

فأرجو المعاونة والمساعدة في هذه المشاكل اريد الحل لحالي ولنفسي ارجوكم ما الحل للعصبية والانفعالات والضغوطات وكيف اتصرف مع الاهل ومع الناس
